What sorts of benefits can such effects bring RO ?

Scale formation is one of the most serious water related issues. Scale can be formed by the connection of ionized Ca with some impurities or by the connection f of ionized Si with some impurities

These Ca scale and Si scale can make some big problems particularly for industrial applications or even for the piping in the long run. Such scale cannot be scrapped off so easily that the leaning of the piping or other parts in the plants is time-consuming and requires time and cost.

The conventional methods to address the scale issues are softeners or membrane in the recirculation water system, chemicals and blow down are common method but they are so costly. And they cannot prevent the formation of hard scale even though they can reduce its formation. This means how much ionized Ca and Si are reduced, there will be formation of some amount of scale.

In other words, reducing TH is not the perfect way to prevent the formation of hard scale.

LTIWET is such an innovative technology in the sense that it can change ionized minerals into the totally different particles, i.e. the soft and tiny colloids. Such tiny soft colloids can be surrounded by a “ membrane “ which is caused by a cationized water produced by LTIWET, which can lead to the prevention of hard scale formation ! Each membrane has positive charge ( cation ) so that each tiny soft colloid does repulse with another soft tiny colloid and never attract with each other, As a result, no formation of hard scale can be formed.

One pass application

LTIWET can change ionized Ca and Si into soft and tiny colloids, and thereby can reduce hardness of water in one pass application and can also prevent the formation of hard scale in the piping. LTIWET can also change the structure of water by changing water molecule so tiny and the treated water has the cleansing power. So the treated water by LTIWET can remove the build up scale gradually.

As stated above, the reducing hardness of water is not the perfect way to prevent the formation of hard scale. As regards the recirculation water flow, the scale issues can be more serious since water can always be concentrated in the recirculation water flow and therefore, hardness can keep going up.at all times and Scale can be accumulated incessantly. This is the reason why blow down of water and chemical feed should be required for the recirculation water flow like cooling towers and HAVC.

LTIWET can prevent the formation of hard scale due to the reasons mentioned above without reducing hardness of water. Of course, no blow down of water and chemical feed could be required. The maintenance which should only required is to wipe off the accumulated tiny soft colloids which have dropped in the basin pan.
